Puck Stopper Photography specializes in fire scene photography. Based in the Rochester, New York area and run by Jon Tenca, Puck Stopper covers fire scenes in Monroe County, Wayne County, and Ontario County working side by side with the men and woman of the fire service documenting their heroic actions. Puck Stopper Photography will also travel to cities such as Detroit, New York City, St. Louis, and more to document firefighters at work on scenes and also during training sessions. We have documented countless live burns and other training exercises to help firefighters learn. Our work has been continuously featured in Firehouse Magazine and the Fire News. Occasionally you will see photos taken by Bill Tenca appear on Puck Stopper Photography.

Jon Tenca Photography is your go to photographer for all things action in the Rochester, New York area. Jon specializes in sports photography, shooting professionally for wire service Cal Sport Media documenting numerous professional sports leagues and racing series. Jon also shoots high school games in his spare time for MaxPreps.com. When not at a game or at the track, Jon loves taking photos of military jets as the high speed passes give him a great thrill and challenge to shoot as well as chasing weather, shooting lightning whenever he can.

We always love a good challenge. You name it and we will shoot it, striving to get that special moment, that one shot that leaves you wondering "how do they do that?" every time you look at the photo. We always try to go above and beyond what is asked of us. From sports to corporate events to fire scenes we never disappoint! We always are trying new things to make our customers say "wow!"
